HW-430 Separated DTH Surface Drill Rig

The use of high-strength aluminum alloy propelling beams that can achieve a 3-meter opening has higher strength, better straightness, and improved hole quality. The matched tube follower device effectively prolongs the service life of the rotary head pipeline, and at the same time the dust-catching slide rail moves up and down longer, which is more convenient for hole observation; the propulsion system adopts a motor and roller chain structure. The fast propulsion and lifting operation reduces the auxiliary time and improves the work efficiency; it has a stable and reliable hydraulic system, and the main pump adopts a strong and soft constant power variable pump, which greatly reduces fuel consumption. The dust collection motor is driven by a plunger pump and is equipped with a more durable borax dust collection tube, which makes the dust removal system efficient and stable.
