The HW936 integrated open-pit down-the-hole drilling rig is powered by Engine QSB5.9-220 (National III) and comes standard with a dry dust collector. This drilling rig has strengthened the strength of each structural part and uses a cycloidal motor to drive the rotary head, which reduces the failure rate and bulky size of the original steel ball motor. At the same time, it greatly enhances the torque of the drilling rig, making it larger in rock drilling range. The rotary shaft and the transition joint are directly connected with threads, which reduces the failure of the original seal to leak.

This model is equipped with a dual-motor rotary head and a multi-way valve with adjustable rotary speed. The rotary torque can reach 2200N.m, which meets the needs of 76 drill pipes and 130 bores. The rotation speed can reach up to 150 revolutions, which meets the needs of some customers for high-speed drilling in soft rock formations. At the same time, the 920 series models are equipped with engineering tracks and plunger motors as standard, which increase the leveling function, improve the climbing and cross-country performance of the equipment, and can adapt to complex terrain conditions. Vertical holes can be drilled for slopes to meet the needs of different working conditions.
